Wembley Bound Again!

Chelsea reached a 3rd successive domestic cup final last night ….almost getting boring! Looking forward to going to the New Wembley stadium again.

New header!

Isn’t it nice…..

May 24th was a long time ago…

3 months has flown past, since the FA Cup final for some strange reason I haven’t updated this site. I blame it all on Facebook! Since my last post I have been on Holiday to Cumbria……Twice, been to see my first British Touring Car Race at the fantastic Croft circuit near Darlington, visited Glastonbury for a third mud bath (98, 05 & 07) and finally, returned to Wembley to see the mighty blues show the world how not to take penalties.  Where did the summer go?? Did it ever take place….not in London!

We Won The Cup!

Suprisingly I really enjoyed the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday. The press complained of a boring game but we were there to win, not entertain and lose. I have added the photos to the photo gallery.

Very pleased with the champions league final last night, Liverpool fans would have been even more unbearable if the had fluked their way to a 6th European Cup, even found myself punching the air in celerbration as Inzagi scored!

Come on the Mighty Blues!

Off to Wembley in a few hours, very nervous. Chelsea are prehaps underdogs but I believe we can beat the Dirty Reds and give Chelsea fans revenge for the heartbreaking 1994 cup final.

Own the club, pick the team!

The website www.myfootballclub.co.uk is offering the chance for 50,000 people to make a pledge of £35 to buy a football club. Each person will have an equal say in the running of the football club, from choice of sponsors to who plays left back. For more information you can view the website @  http://www.myfootballclub.co.uk/ and read this BBC article. I have signed up, just hope if the required 50,000 people sign up, the team that’s bought is not one I hate!

Currently as of 07/05/07 11,500 have signed up.

Forza Milan!

After the disappointment of last night, all I can say is Forza Milan! If Man Usa beat Milan tonight I think I would rather Man Usa win the champions league rather then the plastic horde that is Liverscum.

Happy St George’s Day

Today is St George’s day, the campaign for St George’s day to be recognised as a public holiday is alive and can be found at  http://www.stgeorgesday.com/
